Support and Maintenance

ATLIS offers standard support and maintenance services for its products. Customers with a support and maintenance contract have access to:

  • Help-desk, reachable by telephone during Dutch office hours;
  • E-mail support;
  • Direct implementation of corrections if serious problems are discovered;
  • New product releases, free of charge.

For customers outside of Europe and Africa we can arrange help-desk support in your time-zone via our HydroTeam partners.

For customers with special requirements, bespoke support contracts can be arranged.
